The Pathfinder Project's sole purpose was to establish communication with Voyager. When Voyager returned to the Alpha Quadrant, there is simply no reason to keep the project running. Therefore, we can safely assume the project was terminated then. Ottens 15:16, 25 Aug 2004 (CEST)

216.221.98.162 has a point in the sense that the technology and knowledge obtained by pathfinder didn't just vaporise, but it is more likely that that knowledge was stored and distributed throughout Starfleet and Pathfinder closed, since, like Ottens said, it had fulfilled it's purpose. -- Redge | Talk 11:56, 26 Aug 2004 (CEST)

Is there a problem with the former version? The newer one doesn't seem as sharp, though is described as "enhanced" and the colors don't match the screen-version. [1] - AJ Halliwell 01:53, 20 January 2007 (UTC)
