I think I remember a stardate in 49xxx aka 2372; it's interesting to note that while the producers 'failed' to predict the USS Enterprise-D's destruction by then, by this point in history the sudden appearance of a Starfleet ship at Qo'noS could indeed have provoked a war, which wasn't the case when the Enterprise visited Qo'noS during TNG.
