He participated in the battle of Azati Prime, when the Enterprise attempted to destroy the weapon. After Degra talked with Archer, Thalen would support Degra's attempt to convince the Xindi Council to delay the deployment of the weapon until further investigation could be completed to see if the Xindi's were being manipulated by the Sphere-Builders to destroy Earth so they could take over the Quadrant.

The Xindi-Primates were not part of the battle at Azati Prime, therefore Thalen was not a participant. We also don't know whether or not Thalen supported Degra's delaying the launch of the weapon. Thalen was only seen sharing a toast with Degra and another Primate at the beginning of the episode and briefly at the helm of Degra's ship after the opening theme song. --From Andoria with Love 00:51, 23 March 2006 (UTC)
