In the special material on one of the TNG DVDs, one of the production staff -- maybe David Livingston -- says that they were usually able to get Whoopi Goldberg for only one day per episode, because she's "a very busy lady." He says that when they came up with the idea of having Guinan be alive in the nineteenth century, Goldberg loved the idea and the episode so much that she agreed to work for two days. Is this worth mentioning?
