The guard was stationed on the Tantalus colony penal center and was in charge of the inmates. Killed when he fell into a electorical circuit. (TOS: "Dagger of the Mind")

This inmate was criminally insane and received therapy at the penal colony. He was subjected to a new experimental therapy device called the neural neutralizer. (TOS: "Dagger of the Mind")

The therapist assisted Dr. Adams and Dr. Van Gelder on the Tantalus penal colony where the neural neutralizer was used to treat the criminally insane. (TOS: "Dagger of the Mind")
