Tarragon is a type of Earth herb that is added to food to improve flavor.
In 2372, Benjamin Sisko added tarragon to the stuffing he served at a Thanksgiving dinner for the senior staff of Deep Space 9. A year later, Michael Eddington told him he thought Sisko had added too much tarragon to the stuffing. (DS9: "Blaze of Glory")
