This template has been protected due to the controversy surrounding Pluto's designation as a planet in the Trek universe due to the IAU's inaccurate decision that Pluto isn't a planet. --From Andoria with Love 02:52, 25 August 2006 (UTC)

I think this should be a more informative template, specifically list more than just the planets (this would also relieve the problem of adding/removing pluto.) I was thinking something like Wikipedia:Template:Solar system table, only it obviously wouldn't be so crowded since we don't have a page for every moon. But we could list the planets, the moons we know of, Halley's Comet, link to Oort cloud and Asteroid belt. Thoughts? - AJ Halliwell 21:12, 25 August 2006 (UTC)
