Keep - I just created that one today. If you look closely, it's not an exact duplicate of Template:Wikipedia. Template:Wikipedia-title has the title italicized, where the normal Wikipedia template doesn't. The intent is to be able to link easily to a movie or TV series page on Wikipedia without going through hoops to italicize the title link without italicizing the Wikipedia link as well. Keep: It's similar, but clearly different enough to warrant a new template, as many episode and movie titles should be italicized, yet people's names and businesses shouldn't.--Tim Thomason 06:27, 2 Jan 2006 (UTC)
