Nurse Teri T. Hansen was a Starfleet crewmember during the Dominion War.
In 2374, a file from the USS Cochrane reported Hansen wounded in action. Files from Starbase 129 and Starbase 153 reported her killed. (DS9: "In the Pale Moonlight")
Hansen's name appeared on the casualty list display seen on a computer readout in that episode.
