Terry was a Starfleet operations division crewman assigned to the USS Sutherland in 2368. When a power coupling overloaded, Terry was sent to engineering by first officer Hobson to work on a new coupling. (TNG: "Redemption II")
Terry was played by an unknown performer. He was named after one of Ronald D. Moore's brothers. (Star Trek: The Next Generation Companion)
