Tessipate

A Tessipate is a Bajoran measurement of an area of land like an Earth acre. A tessipate can be subdivided into Kerripates. (DS9: "Children of Time")

The Noh-Jay Consortium traded 100 gross of self-sealing stem bolts for seven tessipates of land. The land was soon sold to Quark for 5 bars of latinum. (DS9: "Progress")
