The Tevak shipyards were a Cardassian-Dominion shipyard.
In 2375, elements from the Cardassian Rebellion sabotaged the shipyard's dilithium storage bunkers, which vaporized the facility. The raid was made possible by Odo, who infiltrated the Operations center and disabled the security protocols. (DS9: "When It Rains...")
