Ronald B. Moore was a noted Human comedian from the 20th century, listed as program RW-96321. In 2365, Data attempted to utilize "Mr. Comic" to help him better understand the concept of "what is funny?", while performing at the Charnock's Comedy Cabaret. (TNG: "The Outrageous Okona")
