The Maquis - Soldier of Peace was a three-issue comic book miniseries from Malibu Comics released between February 1995 and April 1995. This series featured the cast of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, focusing on Julian Bashir, and is set a few months after the events of VOY: "Caretaker". By its stardate, it takes place between the events of DS9: "Destiny" and "Visionary" in the third season of DS9.
A four page prelude story was presented in issue #18 of the monthly series, "Hearts of Old", called "Wargames". This story was set immediately before the events of VOY: "Caretaker".
