The Rendezvous was a popular social and dance establishment in Harlem during the 1950s. Benny Russell and Cassie visited the Rendezvous in 1953, after Benny was successful in getting his Deep Space 9 novella published. Burt Ryan and Kevin Mulkahey killed Jimmy and later assaulted Benny near the Rendezvous. (DS9: "Far Beyond the Stars")
