• Three covers were produced for this release: a standard retail cover by Chee Yang Ong, a photo cover, and a retailer incentive cover by David Deitrick.
• The issue sold an estimated 9,092 copies in comic specialty stores in June 2009. [1] These figures do not cover copies sold in bookstores, etc.
