Theodore Roosevelt, cousin of Franklin Roosevelt, was a Human politician who served as the 26th President of the United States, at the turn of the 20th century.

After Jonathan Archer restored a damaged timeline, Theodore Roosevelt was seen giving a speech in the time stream as the timeline realigned itself. (ENT: "Storm Front, Part II")
