Thomas Henry

Vice Admiral Thomas Henry was the Chief of Starfleet Security in 2367 when he was called on board the USS Enterprise-D when Admiral Norah Satie was conducting an investigation regarding the Enterprise's dilithium chamber. Henry stopped Satie's investigation once it became clear that she was zealously pursuing the investigation, in the absence of evidence, for personal reasons. (TNG: "The Drumhead")

Admiral Henry was played by Earl Billings.
