Tilikia

Tilikia was a Boslic freighter captain.

His cargo was inspected by Kurn when he was briefly a security officer on Deep Space 9 after his exile from the Klingon Empire. After finding contraband on Tilikia's ship, Kurn deliberately allowed Tilikia to shoot him, wishing to end his life rather than live in dishonor. Kurn did not die, and Tilikia was arrested by Odo.
