Tojal is a Cardassian delicacy best served fresh with yamok sauce. (DS9: "Destiny")

Zoumas was fond of tojal, and told Commander Tucker that "There is nothing like it but you have to eat it before it cools, otherwise it will congeal." It was the first thing he wanted to eat once he could escape from the Enolian transport he was aboard. (ENT: "Canamar")
