Tony Meininger was a member of Starfleet Tactical who was involved in the construction of the USS Defiant, the USS Voyager and the USS São Paulo. (Deep Space Nine and Voyager set decoration)

Meininger was named after TNG and DS9 model-maker Tony Meininger.
