Tos was a Vulcan diplomat stationed on Earth in the 2150s.

When the Klingon, Klaang, crash-landed on Earth, Tos was one of the people involved in the investigation and peacekeeping with the Klingons over the situation. Tos, along with Ambassador Soval, was skeptical of Humans, treating them as minor during the investigation of the crash-landing. However, despite these cultural rivalries, Tos was able to negotiate with the Klingons from sending a squadron of Warbirds to Earth and kept the peace. (ENT: "Broken Bow")

Tos was played by Thomas Kopache, who has played numerous other characters in the four Star Trek spinoffs. His name is a reference to the original Star Trek, which is abbreviated TOS. [1]
