Tryptophan-lysine distillate or TLD is an anti-inflammatory and immunostimulatory drug used to treat mild to moderate respiratory infections like influenza. Its side effects include drowsiness and fatigue. It is most effective when used with Pulaski's chicken soup. (TNG: "The Icarus Factor")
