Tuscany

Tuscany is a region in northern Italy on Earth. Among the region's cities are Siena and Florence.

Leonardo Da Vinci and Galileo Galilei come from this region.

When Captain Janeway suffered from Srivani medical experiments causing her stress and sleeplessness, she wanted to relax by visiting Tuscany, more specifically a little inn near Siena on the holodeck she had always wanted to try. (VOY: "Scientific Method")
