The Cardassian Twelfth Order was a military division of the Cardassian Guard.

During the Dominion War, the entire Twelfth Order was headquartered at Sarpedion V, making it one of the most heavily fortified planets in the Cardassian Union in 2375. (DS9: "Tacking Into the Wind")
