The USS Agamemnon was a Federation starship that was in service during the late 24th century.

In late 2369, the Agamemnon was part of Admiral Nechayev's task force assembled to defend Federation colonies from an anticipated second Borg invasion. (TNG: "Descent")

According to the Star Trek Encyclopedia this vessel was an Apollo-class starship, with the registry NCC-11638. It was "named for the Greek mythological figure who was commander of the Greek forces during the Trojan War."

USS Agamemnon is one of the possible names for the Federation battleship in the PC game, Star Trek: Starfleet Command.

In the Lost Era novel, Serpents Among the Ruins, the a USS Agamemnon is a casualty of the Tomed Incident - though in reality, the ship, and all other Starfleet installations lost in the catastrophe - is empty, rigged to emit false lifesigns.
