USS Columbia
From Memory Alpha, the free Star Trek reference
The USS Columbia (NCC-621) was a Federation scout in service in the 23rd century.
In the mid-2270s, Columbia was ordered to rendezvous with the USS Revere on Stardate 7411.4 by Commodore Probert. The orders were relayed through the Epsilon IX station. (Star Trek: The Motion Picture)

[edit] Background
See the article on Star Trek: The Motion Picture regarding dating contradictions for the events in the movie.
In the original version of The Motion Picture, the stardate was 7011.4 but the date was adjusted in the director's version to 7411.4 to better fit the rest of the stardates in the film.
According to the Star Fleet Technical Manual, both the USS Columbia and the USS Revere were Hermes-class starships.
The Columbia may have been named after Historical Columbia, essentially being a nickname for the United States of America. Another likely reference is the Space Shuttle Columbia.
