The USS Crockett was a Federation starship that was in service during the latter half of the 24th century.

In 2370, the Crockett transported Admiral Mitsuya to Deep Space 9. (DS9: "Paradise")

The Star Trek Encyclopedia describes this vessel as an Excelsior-class starship, with a registry number of NCC-38995.

This ship was most likely named for Davy Crockett.

The Star Fleet Technical Manual by Franz Joseph featured a listing of an earlier starship, the Hermes-class Crockett with the registry NCC-600. The ship was a MK-VII scout authorized for appropriation on stardate 0965. While this manual was once considered canon by the producers, it is now mostly apocryphal, save for a few canonically mentioned bits.
