Access to Voyager's library computer was granted to the Borg drone One, after Seven of Nine had activated the drone's linguistic database, and allowed him to assimilate information. (VOY: "Drone")

Seven later downloaded portions of Voyager's library computer directly into her cortical implants through the use of a cortical processing subunit. However, she stopped using the device after it produced several adverse effects. (VOY: "The Voyager Conspiracy")
