Tuvok was assigned to the Wyoming when he returned to Starfleet in 2349. (VOY: "Flashback")

The ship remained in service through the mid-2370s, where it fought in the Dominion War. (DS9: "In the Pale Moonlight", "Image in the Sand", "The Siege of AR-558")

According to the Star Trek Encyclopedia, this vessel was a Mediterranean-class starship.
