The following is a list of unnamed Annari.

The Annari Commander led a fleet of ships in an attempt to capture the Nightingale, a Kraylor ship that had cloaking technology. Harry Kim was in command of the vessel after its captain was killed. Surrounded by Annari vessels, Kim hailed the commander and offered to surrender. The commander demanded that the crew be beamed aboard the Annari ship, and the ship would be boarded. Kim informed him that his crew would be allowed to leave in escape pods, or he would destroy the ship depriving the Annari of the cloaking technology. The commander agreed. When the crew was safe, the Annari used a tractor beam on the ship. Kim reversed the shield polarity and used the momentum to outrun the Annari to the safety of the planet. (VOY: "Nightingale")

The commander was portrayed by Alan Brooks.
