Unnamed Antedeans

From Memory Alpha, the free Star Trek reference

A list of unnamed Antedeans.

[edit] Antedean dignitary

The Antedean dignitary (awake)

The Antedean dignitary was the leader of the delegation that was to be transported the delegates to a Federation conference on Pacifica. The USS Enterprise-D picked up two representatives from the newly discovered planet of Antede III. The dignitary along with the rest of his delegation were unaccustomed to space flight and arrived on the ship in a self-induced coma to ease their voyage. Transported with them was a supply of food that was in a huge water type barrel and teaming with a fishlike substance called vermicula.

When the dignitary awoke he had a huge appetite and practically dove into the barrel of vermicula to eat. Captain Jean-Luc Picard learned from Lwaxana Troi, who was able to use her telepathic powers on the Antedians, that the dignitary and the others were not delegates and were assassins sent to blow up the conference site using explosives hidden in the lining of their ceremonial robes. (TNG: "Manhunt")

The Antedean dignitary was played by Mick Fleetwood.

[edit] Antedean aide

The Antedean aide (in coma)

The Antedean aide was part of a two man delegation that the USS Enterprise-D picked up from the newly discovered planet of Antede III. He and his companion were to be transported to Pacifica for a conference. He arrived while in a statis coma in order to ease the voyage. In reality he and the delegate were assassins who were going to detonate an explosion at the conference. They were exposed by Lwaxana Troi, who informed Picard that they had explosives hidden in their clothes. (TNG: "Manhunt")

The Aide was played by extra Peter Andrefsky, in an uncredited role. The front metallic part of his costume was shorter than that of the dignitary. This is the only way to differentiate the two Antedeans.
