This Antican delegate accompanied Badar N'D'D aboard the USS Enterprise-D to peace talks with the enemy Selay on Pacifica. (TNG: "Lonely Among Us")

The Antican delegate was played by background actor Steve Cassavantes who received no credit for his appearance.
Apart from this character, the other Anticans had far less facial hair than Badar N'D'D and were shorter in stature; they might have been female Anticans.

This Antican was enjoying a drink in a bar, run by a Zakdorn on Qualor II in early 2367, the same bar where Amarie entertained the guests with her music. (TNG: "Unification II")

An Antican resident of DS9

This female Antican lived for at least two years (from 2369 to 2370) on Deep Space 9 and was often seen walking on the promenade. (DS9: "Melora", "The Alternate")

She visited the promenade when Kai Opaka had a tour of the station. (DS9: "Battle Lines")

She left the station when the Bajorans were taking control of Deep Space 9 in early 2370, but returned as soon as the Starfleet personnel returned. (DS9: "The Siege")

The Antican on Deep Space 9 was played by regular background actress Tracee Lee Cocco who received no credit for her performances.
