The starship captain was encountered by the Enterprise NX-01 in 2151.

The Enterprise was investigating an Axanar ship that had been attacked by unknown aliens who had mutilated the corpses of the crew. The captain, answering a distress call from the ship, assumed that Enterprise was the ship that had attacked the Axanar ship. He attacked Enterprise, which was also being attacked by the aliens responsible for the orginal attack.

Hoshi Sato was able to communicate with the Axanar Captain as to who the true attackers were, and he offered assistance to Enterprise and together they drove off the aliens. (ENT: "Fight or Flight")
