- The Bolian aide was played by actor Frank Kopyc.

These two Bolian civilians were playing chess on Risa when Worf, Dax, Quark, Bashir, and Leeta beamed down to the surface. (DS9: "Let He Who Is Without Sin...")

This Bolian Maquis was residing on planet Volan III in the Demilitarized Zone and part of Calvin Hudson's maquis cell. He accomapnied Hudson and several other members into the colonists meeting room where Benjamin Sisko tried to talk to Hudson. (DS9: "The Maquis, Part II")
- This Bolian was played by an unknown actor.
- The Star Trek Customizable Card Game gives his name as Sark.

A Bolian representative dines at the ceremony commemorating the start of the biennial Trade Agreements Conference on the Enterprise-D, in orbit of Betazed in 2366. (TNG: "Ménage à Troi")
- Having hair appears to be rather unique for Bolians, however, this individual appears to be yet another exception. She was the second to appear with hair. She wore one of Anne Jameson's dresses from "Too Short a Season".

In an alternate 2404, this Bolian waiter served at the 10th anniversary reunion party of the homecoming of the USS Voyager, held at Admiral Kathryn Janeway's apartment in San Francisco on Earth. (VOY: "Endgame")

While doing character sketches for future stories, Jake Sisko observed this short Bolian leaving a transport, walking arm-and-arm with a Bajoran dabo girl. Jake speculated that he was wearing a toupée in an attempt to impress the girl. (DS9: "The Muse")

- The female Bolian was played by background actress Lisa Vanasco, who received no credit for her appearance.

A civilian Bolian in San Francisco wearing a pink shirt walked by Harry Kim when he left his apartment in an alternate timeline. (VOY: "Non Sequitur")
- Though seen in an alternate timeline, this individual is most likely still alive in the normal timeline. She was played by Mary Meinel-Newport. This may actually be Lysia Arlin.
