This Ligonian was responsible for guarding Lieutenant Natasha Yar when she was abducted by Lutan. She however didn't accept captivity lightly and gave him a black eye. (TNG: "Code of Honor")

This Ligonian was present as a spectator during the fight between Tasha Yar and Yareena in the Ligonian centerplace. He was sitting in the first row, and when Yareena lost her poisonous glavin, he caught it, was stung by a needle, and died within seconds. (TNG: "Code of Honor")
