This Lissepian captain visited Deep Space 9 in 2369, where he purchased 5,000 wrappages of yamok sauce from the Noh-Jay Consortium, a fictitious company formed by Nog and Jake Sisko, in trade for a hundred gross of top-grade self-sealing stem bolts. The Lissepian had the extra stem bolts as a result of a canceled order from a Bajoran who could not pay for them. (DS9: "Progress")
- The unnamed Lissepian captain was played by Nicholas Worth. The costume worn by Worth as the Lissepian captain was auctioned off in the It's A Wrap! sale and auction.
