The unnamed male Menk assisted Doctor Phlox in his efforts to find a cure for the disease that was killing the Valakians. He let Phlox do a bio-scan on him. When he asked what Phlox was doing, Hoshi told him, that the doctor was looking inside him. (ENT: "Dear Doctor")

He was played by Alex Nevil.
