The Novan woman was part of the descendants of the Terra Nova colony that was destroyed by a meteor strike. While Malcolm Reed was held prisoner on the planet, she joined some fellow Novans in a concert in the underground caverns, using an animal skull as a musical instrument. Along with the rest of the colonists, she was relocated to a safer environment by the Enterprise NX-01. (ENT: "Terra Nova")
This woman was played by extra Tracy Foley who received no on-screen credit for her appearance. Her costume was sold in week 13 of the It's A Wrap! sale and auction [1] [2]
