This Reman boarding party beamed aboard the Enterprise-E to kidnap Captain Jean-Luc Picard. They were stopped by Commander William T. Riker, Worf, and a group of security officers. (Star Trek Nemesis)

The Viceroy was second in command to the Romulan Praetor.

In 2379, this position was held by a Reman. This Viceroy assisted Praetor Shinzon onboard the Reman Warbird Scimitar. Along with providing command advice and relaying orders to the crew, he assisted Shinzon in the telepathic rape of Deanna Troi. Her husband, William T. Riker, later killed him while defending the USS Enterprise (NCC-1701-E) from a Reman boarding party. (Star Trek Nemesis)
