From Memory Alpha, the free Star Trek reference

When it rains... it pours is fan of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, with his favourite episode being "When It Rains..." I like the episode for many reasons. One is that it sees Kira Nerys stepping into what must be the most uncomfortable situation for her - helping the Cardassians. Its also great to see Gowron again, who arrives on Deep Space 9 to honor Martok by presenting him with the Star of Kahless.

His other favorite characters include Benjamin Sisko, Worf, William Ross, Dukat and the Female Changeling.
