[edit] Signing pages and canon

FYI, you should make a point of signing your comments on talk pages. The easiest way to do this is with ~~~~, as this will fill in your name and the exact time your posted your comments.

Secondly, please note that novels, reference books, manuals, and so forth are not considered canon for the purposes of Memory Alpha. As such, no information from them (with a few minor exceptions) can be used in actual articles on here. Thanks. -- sulfur 13:22, 24 March 2009 (UTC)
