Just giving you a heads-up that we avoid adding nitpicks on MA: see Memory Alpha:What Memory Alpha is not.

Your additions to "In the Flesh" are such; and the one about Chakotay's provisional insignia had been previously removed: see Talk:In the Flesh (episode).
