Van Mayter

Lt. J.G. Van Mayter was a Starfleet Engineering officer aboard the USS Enterprise-D.

In 2367, she was killed while investigating the effects of subspace deformations on the Enterprise when one such distortion formed in the deck beneath her, causing her to fall partially into it. (TNG: "In Theory")

Lt. Van Mayter was played by Georgina Shore.
