Verathan

The Verathans are a now-extinct civilization native to the Verath system in the Gamma Quadrant, which reached their height approximately 30,000 years ago. At its height, their empire included over two dozen star systems, connected by a highly developed trade and communications network. Their history can be divided into at least nineteen dynasties.
A Verathan statue depicting Drohlak, the prime ossemite of the 19th dynasty, was among the artifacts offered for auction by Vash on Deep Space 9 in 2369. (DS9: "Q-Less")
