Verex III is the third planet of the Verex system. It is the location of an Orion processing station for their slave trade, where nine crew members abducted from the Enterprise in 2154 were taken. This planet is heavily guarded and requires an authorization code in order to transport down. The Enterprise subsequently arrived at the planet to rescue their people, using an old authorization code provided by Arik Soong. (ENT: "Borderland")
