Victor Hugo

From Memory Alpha, the free Star Trek reference

Victor Hugo was a French writer, known for novels such as The Hunchback of Notre Dame and Les Misérables, one of Michael Eddingtons favorite pieces of literature. Jadzia Dax was not a fan of Hugo's work, finding it melodramatic and possessing "two-dimensional" heroines. (DS9: "For the Uniform")
