Vissian stratopod

The Vissian stratopod was a small two-man shuttlepod, utilized by the Vissians, equipped with a large round viewport at the bow. A stratopod carries twice the deflector shielding of the larger Vissian starships, and it's navigation control is based on five spatial axes.

Captain Drennik took Captain Archer to survey a hypergiant star and the two were able to pass through its hydrogen layer in a stratopod. (ENT: "Cogenitor")
