Wednesday Mourning (born 28 October 1978; age 45) is an actress and model who has a featured background role in Star Trek as a Human Shipyard Bar patron. [1] [2] She was among the people who auditioned at the open casting call on 10 November 2007 and got a call back.

Mourning was born as Jennifer Lee Smallwood in San Antonio, Texas and is currently living in Hollywood, California. Mourning also appeared as a creature in the 2005 horror film Day X and as a Gothic student in the comedy film Seventeen (2009, stunt-coordinated by Webster Whinery).

Beside her work as a runway and web model, Mourning has been photographed for several magazines, including Gothic Beauty and P.M. Magazine. She was also the model for the CD poster art for My Chemical Romance's album "Welcome To The Black Parade". Among her favorite movies are Cat People (1982, starring Malcolm McDowell), Near Dark (1987, with Jenette Goldstein), and Eating Raoul (1982, starring Robert Beltran).
