William Jefferson Clinton was a 20th century Human politician who served as the 42nd President of the United States from 1993 until 2001.
In 2154, Daniels showed Jonathan Archer the timeline correcting itself. Images of Clinton were seen in the restored version. (ENT: "Storm Front, Part II")
- He is best known as Bill Clinton. In the Star Trek universe, the era of his first term was when the Eugenics Wars were supposed to have occurred and he would have been President at the time of Khan Noonien Singh's downfall.
- The character W. Clinton was likely an in-joke reference to William J. Clinton.
